Janet Little, MBA

Janet Little is the Chief Operations Officer at Cape Fear Aesthetics Plastic Surgery & MedSpa. She is a 2018 graduate of Fayetteville State University with a Masters in Business Administration. Additionally she received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Northern Iowa in 2005. 

Janet was born and raised in Algona, Iowa, but now resides in Dunn with her husband and two children and two bonus children. Janet is responsible for all areas of Operations including: overseeing the medical, spa and front office staff and providing overall growth, marketing, and performance of all aspects of company activities. 

She represents CFA in its relationships with local and national health organizations, government agencies and third-party payers. Janet ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies governing health care delivery and the rules of accrediting bodies.

Outside CFA administration, Janet is a dedicated wife and mother. Her and her husband, Denton, own a concrete finishing company, where Janet oversees all financials and overall operations of the company. They have a hobby farm with miniature donkeys and alpacas and enjoy traveling the US and internationally, whenever they get a chance. She is a prior NPC figure competitor and believes that health and fitness can begin at any age and is always encouraging people to give it a try. Janet is a former licensed foster parent for Cumberland County DSS and has adopted one daughter through foster care and fostered another that was in the teen program.
