Mrs. Kayla Tyndall is a board-certified Physician Assistant.  She received her undergraduate degree in biology from Campbell University where she went on to complete her Master’s of Physician Assistant Practice.  She has been practicing for 8 years and is passionate about the well-being of her patients.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son.  She loves to be outdoors, especially at the beach, and is a very active member of her church.  At Cape Fear Aesthetics, she strives to help every patient reach the most confident version of themselves and feel their very best.

Sarah

OR Circulator & AAAHC Coordinator, RN

Sarah was born and raised in Campbellsville, Kentucky. She has been married to a U.S. army soldier for the last ten years. Together they have three children, two boys and a girl. Sarah graduated with her A.D.N. in 2008, and her B.S.N in 2013. She has worked in medical surgical, oncology, pediatrics, cardiac and correctional units. She has spent the last five years working as a circulating nurse in an operating room. She enjoys fishing, running and movie nights with her kids. Sarah is excited to join the team at Fayetteville Plastic Surgery and looks forward to taking care of you in the operating room.

Leslie

Surgical & Patient Care Coordinator, RN

Leslie was born and raised locally; currently residing with her family within our county. Leslie attended Fayetteville Technical Community College and graduated with an Associate’s Degree in Nursing in 2012. For over 11 years, Leslie has gained a wide array of experience in various Nursing Specialties to include Med-Surg, Urology, Home Health Care, Director of Nursing/liaison/consultant, and Plastic Surgery. She is married to her husband Drayton, who is a soldier stationed here at Fort Bragg. In her free time, Leslie, Dray and their children: Caden and Hadley, enjoy the outdoors, riding ATVs, boating, and spending time on the coast with friends and family. Leslie’s greatest ambition is to make a positive change. One of her favorite quotes that resonates in her current capacity is from Winston Churchill “To improve is to change; to be perfect is to change often".

Ashlyn

Skincare and Laser Specialist, RN

Ashlyn is a registered nurse from Ohio. She graduated from Lourdes University in Sylvania Ohio in 2022 receiving her BSN. Ashlyn worked in the operating room at The Cleveland Clinic working in plastic and reconstructive surgery for over a year. In her free time she enjoys hiking, cooking, traveling, working out and going to church with her boyfriend Chris. She also loves her sweet kitty, Kiwi. Ashlyn is blessed to be a part of the Cape Fear Aesthetics family.

Toni

Head of Clinical Staff & Clinical Coordinator, as well as a Certified Surgical Technologist

Toni is the Head of Clinical Staff and Clinical Coordinator. She assists Dr. Dickerson in the Medical practice as well as with Cosmetic services. She has lived in Fayetteville for the past 17 years, but is originally from Oklahoma, home of the “OU Sooners”. She has been married for 26 years and has two children, Zachary and Jordyn. Toni’s favorite service is Botox, and she has had the service done regularly over the past several years. She reflects, “Once you start you love it!”. She has been with Cape Fear Aesthetics for the past 13 years and has enjoyed meeting our many Clients/Patients. She graduated with her surgical technologist certificate in May of 2018 from Fayetteville Technical Community College. She always looks forward to seeing those that return on a regular basis!

Danee'

Surgical Tech

Danee’ was born and raised in Altus Oklahoma.  In 2017 she moved to Tulsa Oklahoma to attend Community Care College to obtain her degree in Surgical Technology.  Danee' moved to Fayetteville NC in 2020 where she joined the Fayetteville Plastic Surgery team. She currently resides in Raeford NC, with her two dogs. On her free time she enjoys seeing her family back home in Oklahoma, along with fishing, and spending time on the farm. Danee' assists Dr. Dickerson and Dr. Scanlan during surgery. Her favorite part of her job is being a part of the surgery and getting to see the patients excitement after they have had work done.  Danee' is proud to be a part of Cape Fear Aesthetics. She looks forward to helping you in the operating room!

Monica was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. IN 2005, she moved to NC and now calls it home. She currently resides in Raeford, NC with her three children. In 2009, Monica attended Fayetteville Technical Community College where she gained her Medical Billing & Coding certification. Later in 2017, she also attended Sandhills Dental Career Center located in Aberdeen, NC and became a Dental Assistant. Monica is very fluent in Spanish and has worked in the hospitality industry for many years. She is a dedicated mother to her three boys who are her world. In her free time, Monica enjoys traveling, spending time with her children and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She is happy for the opportunity to join our team and looks forward to growing with Fayetteville Plastic Surgery & Cape Fear Aesthetics.

Cindy was born and raised in Costa Rica. She moved to Las Vegas, NV in 2008 where she worked in the financial services industry as a customer service representative as well as with financial technology implementations. She recently moved back to Costa Rica with her husband and has been working with Cape Fear Aesthetics from abroad. Cindy attended Universidad Nacional in her hometown and obtained a degree in Fine Arts. She has also been inspired by community service which encouraged her to obtain her Christian counseling certificate. She enjoys painting, drawing, designing websites as well as travelling.

Sofia

Bilingual Client Experience Specialist & Website Content Developer

Sofia is from San Diego, California. In 2014, she and her husband drove across the country to embark on their new journey of living in North Carolina. She joined the FPS/CFA team in 2016 as a Bilingual Front Desk Concierge and today she is the Insurance Coordinator. Sofia is a mom to a beautiful little girl and in her free time, Sofia likes to explore the city with her family, take her two terriers to the dog park, and scout new locations to photograph. She enjoys working with the Front Desk Concierges and being part of the FPS/CFA team. “They are my family away from home,” she says.
